Route description

A great way to see rural India, this route connects to Udaipur City in Rajasthan, and covers forts, villages, palaces and the city. Reached via links from Delhi and Kota, Udaipur itself is a relatively small city, but still features a number of attractions, including the Udaipur City Palace, museums and the Badi Mahal garden. The route is 90% paved, and begins in Karauli, before crossing through the Indian landscape via Kela Devi Park, the Jaipur backroads, the village of Nimaj, and on to Udaipur through varied terrain and lakes.
